I strongly believe that understanding our past can help us end self-defeating patterns and improve our life going forward. I work with people to help them deal with what they have been through, with what they struggle with so that they are able to embrace themselves for who they are and use their full potential.

Psychotherapy online or "tele-therapy" is a form of therapy that is conducted with the use of an online platform such as Zoom.

It's not meant to replace the standard "in the office" sessions but for some people - due to their unique circumstances - it's the only possible way to be able to go through therapy or coaching.
